In this rather serious page we will try to explain why our magazine is
called "Cat-Byyoung", to tell you something about the style of
the magazine and to invite you to work with us.
Cat-Byyoung - is a famous character of Russian fairy tales who is known
for his bad behavior and rage. He liked to lull young people into a false
sense of security by tales and songs, and to eat them afterwards. Luckily,
he was able to do that within a limited area: he was chained to a tree or
a pole.
Our cat whose name is Byyoung is tied to the computer like a computer mouse.
He is kind and friendly, he collects drawings, computer music, animations,
funny stories, and he likes to read Daniil Harms and Stanislav Lem.
He will be glad if you send him interesting drawings, animations, stories,
midi-files with music that you've created by email.
